Getting your hair done is an investment and I totally understand the frustrations when you’re not fully heard. To ensure we’re aligned, I offer a pre-appointment consultation. It’s not mandatory but it is highly encouraged, especially for first time guests or larger color transformations.
Before your appointment day, I’ll personally reach out to connect, clarify your goals, and make sure we’re both prepared. This allows me to customize your service, protect the integrity of your hair and ensure you’re booked appropriately.
